    • Customers must report damages within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photographic evidence.

    • Once the issue is verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after verification.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Refunds will not be processed for:
    1. Slight variations in handmade products.
    2. Customer dissatisfaction with design or size, as all product descriptions are clearly mentioned.
    3. Delays caused by courier services.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
