Return Policy for SHGBazaar
At SHGBazaar, we value customer satisfaction while supporting our SHG artisans. As all products are handmade and crafted with care, we follow a strict No Return Policy. However, refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be initiated if the product is damaged during shipping.
- Customers must report damages within 24 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence

2. Non-Returnable Products
- As SHG products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, or texture are expected and are not considered defects.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons like change of mind or preference.

3. Process to Report Damage
- Email us at support@shgbazaar.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Images of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- Once the issue is verified, we will initiate the refund process.

4. Shipping Damages
- SHGBazaar ensures safe packaging; however, we cannot control third-party shipping services. Damages caused during transit are eligible for refunds, not returns.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of verification.
