Return Policy for SHGBazaar

At SHGBazaar, we value customer satisfaction while supporting our SHG artisans. As all products are handmade and crafted with care, we follow a strict No Return Policy. However, refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

  • 1. Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds will only be initiated if the product is damaged during shipping.
    • Customers must report damages within 24 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence
  • 2. Non-Returnable Products

    • As SHG products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, or texture are expected and are not considered defects.
    • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons like change of mind or preference.
  • 3. Process to Report Damage

    1. Order ID
    2. Images of the damaged product and packaging
    3. A brief description of the issue
    • Once the issue is verified, we will initiate the refund process.
  • 4. Shipping Damages

    • SHGBazaar ensures safe packaging; however, we cannot control third-party shipping services. Damages caused during transit are eligible for refunds, not returns.
  • 5. Refund Timeframe

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of verification.
